Changhua-based chef and ENJOY CATERING founder Tai Shih-Chieh represented Taiwan at the 2026 WCC World Chefs Championship in Malaysia, standing out among approximately 2,500 international competitors. He won two Gold medals, one Silver medal, and the Top Chef Award. His competition dishes featured agricultural products sourced from Changhua farmers, including rice, tomatoes, honey, jasmine flowers, herbs, sea salt, and traditional soy sauce, bringing Taiwan’s local ingredients and professional catering expertise to the international stage.
