Former Michelin restaurant sous chef and ENJOY CATERING founder Tai Shih-Chieh represented Taiwan at the 2026 WCC World Chefs Championship in Malaysia, earning two Gold medals, one Silver medal, and the Top Chef Award. Based in Changhua, he has long worked with local farmers to incorporate regional agricultural products into his dishes, using his international competition success to showcase Taiwan’s ingredients and professional catering expertise on the global stage.
