Changhua-based chef and ENJOY CATERING founder Tai Shih-Chieh represented Taiwan at the 2026 WCC World Chefs Championship in Malaysia, earning two Gold medals, one Silver medal, and the Top Chef Award. His award-winning dishes featured Changhua Fresh-certified products and ingredients sourced from local farmers, including rice, tomatoes, honey, jasmine flowers, edible flowers, herbs, sea salt, and traditional soy sauce. His success demonstrated Taiwan’s professional culinary expertise while raising the international visibility of Changhua’s agricultural products and local food brands.
