From the fertile growing regions of Mindanao to international markets, fresh fruit has long been one of the Philippines’ most recognisable agricultural strengths.
Based in Davao City, Southern Philippine Fresh Fruits Corporation (SPFFC) was established in 2005 and focuses on the processing and export preparation of fresh fruit, particularly the Philippine Carabao mango. The company operates a dedicated Vapor Heat Treatment facility, integrating receiving, sorting, grading, hot water treatment, vapor heat treatment and packing within one production site.
Its work reflects an important part of the fresh produce industry: ensuring that agricultural products are properly handled and prepared to meet the quality and regulatory requirements of overseas markets. Alongside fresh mangoes, SPFFC also works with other fruit products from Mindanao and supports the wider export potential of Philippine agriculture.
For WCC EXPO 2027, SPFFC will once again participate as one of the Philippine companies joining the international exhibition.
Its return brings a strong agricultural and fresh-produce perspective to WCC EXPO, complementing the exhibition’s wider mix of foodservice, ingredients, equipment and hospitality businesses.
For SPFFC, the story begins with fruit grown in Mindanao. At WCC EXPO 2027, that story continues through new connections with international buyers, food industry professionals and potential partners.
