Changhua-based chef and ENJOY CATERING founder Tai Shih-Chieh represented Taiwan at the 2026 WCC World Chefs Championship in Malaysia, earning Gold medals in the French Steak and French Seafood categories, as well as a Silver medal in Creative Dessert. He was also presented with the Top Chef Award for his overall performance. His competition dishes incorporated agricultural products from Changhua, showcasing Taiwan’s local ingredients and professional culinary expertise on the international stage.
