Students from the Faculty of Technical and Vocational Education at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris achieved an impressive result at the 2026 World Chefs Championship in Johor Bahru. Competing across culinary, bakery, pastry, hospitality, and creative food presentation categories, the UPSI team secured six Excellent Gold, seven Gold, eight Silver, and three Bronze medals, highlighting the students’ professional skills, creativity, and readiness to meet international industry standards.
