For nearly three decades, New Viet Dairy (DaiTanViet Joint Stock Company) has been part of Vietnam’s rapidly developing foodservice sector, connecting international food suppliers with professional kitchens across the country.
Established in 1997, New Viet Dairy operates across three major business areas: commercial foods, foodservice and dairy ingredients. Today, the company handles approximately 2,000 products from around 100 domestic and international suppliers, serving nearly 6,000 mid- to high-end hotels and restaurants in Vietnam. Its portfolio includes dairy ingredients, cheese, meat and a wide range of products used by professional chefs and hospitality businesses.
New Viet Dairy became part of the Sojitz Group in 2023, further strengthening its distribution capabilities and position within Vietnam’s food wholesale sector. Beyond supplying products, its foodservice business also works with professionals on practical food solutions and applications — connecting ingredients with the needs of real kitchens and hospitality operations.
In 2027, New Viet Dairy will once again be part of WCC EXPO, joining the international line-up as a participating company from Vietnam.
Its presence reflects a side of the food industry that often works behind the scenes: the distribution networks that allow international ingredients, products and brands to reach hotels, restaurants and professional kitchens efficiently.
